The Harrison Platform Bed presents a modern interpretation of our traditional bed-frame joinery. Like all of our bed frames the Harrison Bed is crafted from solid cherry, walnut or maple using bed bolt construction that will provide a service life measured in decades.

The Harrison bed may be ordered with headboard (as shown) or without.

For a headboard you may select from from unique wide boards in stock, or a solid cherry panel, or a Sensuede upholstered headboard available in a rainbow of colors.

The headboard shown here is a live edge walnut headboard. Each one is different. We sometimes have a stock of these particularly interesting headboards made from extraordinarily wide  boards. We offer these only as on an “as available” basis. They cannot be ordered, as such, since each is a unique creation from nature.

To support the mattress the most popular system that we offer is an array of wood slats under the mattress which provides firm and solid support yet provides for mattress ventilation. No foundation (box spring ) necessary!
