This piece was made for a client of ours, who also works at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, that commissioned the crib as a gift for a grandchild. It features a sturdy dovetail construction with a hand rubbed oil and wax finish. The spring mounted lock fixed to the side allows the crib to be fixed or to allow a gentle rocking motion.
